The tarot – Santa Muerte (the Tarot of Santa Muerte) is a tarot celebrating life. The Mexican tradition honors life, inspired by pre-Columbian traditions and beliefs. This has given rise to colorful and floral festivals and traditions such as Santa Muerte, the Catrina skull, or Day of the Dead. Death appears to us incorrectly as something negative and frightening, not being in any way the antithesis of life. It can be considered as the opposite of birth or the conception of life, that is, the moment when a being becomes matter. This matter feels, loves, grows, transforms, evolves, and finally returns to the universe at the moment of death. This cycle is renewal and represents only the end of the material.

Santa Muerte does not govern human needs, being indifferent to greed, success, or power. She shows us the transience and illusions of society. Santa Muerte invites us to live life intensely, without fear, but with respect for the value and preciousness of life.

The cards are 7 cm wide by 12 cm long, and the instruction book is translated into Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian, French, Russian, and Mandarin.
