BIOGRAPHY

Alexandre Cumino is a religious scientist with a bachelor's degree from UNICLAR, an active Umbandist medium, and a priest of Umbanda Sagrada. He is responsible for the Colégio de Umbanda Sagrada Pena Branca (www.colegiopenabranca.com.br), where he teaches courses such as Development of Mediumship Incorporation in Umbanda, Theology of Umbanda Sagrada, Priesthood of Umbanda Sagrada, Course on Exu – The Guardian of Light – and Divine Magic. He is the author of books like History of Umbanda, Gods, Divinities, and Angels, Umbanda Is Not Macumba, Medium – Incorporation Is Not Possession, and Fragments of Umbanda; and editor of the Journal of Umbanda Sagrada. He also offers online courses at www.umbandaead.com.br.

Cumino was born into an Espiritist family and, in 1995, discovered and fell in love with Umbanda, where he developed his mediumship and never left. During this time, he met his spiritual master and father spirit Rubens Saraceni, who prepared him sacerdotally for the religion and gave him the means to teach Umbanda Sagrada and Divine Magic to so many people who seek him out. In addition to all his activities, he maintains the charitable and assistance work of the Umbanda Sagrada sessions at the Colégio de Umbanda Sagrada Pena Branca, which he leads spiritually.
