Usage for bath:

– Simple method: Boil the herbs in 2 liters of water. When it starts to boil, strain and let the liquid cool. Pour the bath slowly from the neck down without wetting your head. Allow yourself to air dry or gently pat dry with a white towel. Avoid using perfumes, deodorants, or any artificial liquids. Preferably wear light-colored clothing on this day.

– Immersion bath: Boil the contents of the herbs in 2 liters of water. When it starts to boil, strain and let the liquid cool. You can pour the liquid into a bathtub filled with water. Lie down without wetting your head and relax for 5 minutes while focusing on your intentions. Then, allow yourself to air dry or gently pat dry with a white towel.
